Feed and soothe your skin with our Rose Face and Body Balm – our superfood with provitamin A and vitamins D and E. Deeply moisturising, anti-inflammatory and soothing the shea and rose oils are expertly blended into a light souffle with rosa mosqueta oil, rich in fatty acids aiding skin cell regeneration and Apricot Kernel oil to help the skin retain elasticity, clarity and suppleness.
Our ‘superfood’ nourishing balm for the evening. Rose is unrivalled in skin care for its revitalizing, firming and repairing effect on the skin making it a key part of the Pinks Boutique Spa Anti Ageing Skincare Routine.
Free from irritants such as alcohol, petrochemicals, chemical preservatives, artificial fragrances, colour or parabens, Rose Face and Body Balm has been formulated for sensitive skins to calm redness and irritation using only pure ingredients.

HOW TO USE
FOR THE FACE
- Deeply nourishing PM balm. For the face apply after cleansing and toning. Use a pea size amount and smooth with upwards strokes all over the neck, face, decolletage and the back of your hands.
- A little goes a long way. If you have not used a Facial Balm before they are very different in texture, a souffle which melts on the skin. You need to reduce the amount you will naturally take out of the pot otherwise will have far too much. Suitable for very sensitive skins. Use every PM.
- It can also be used in the morning, If you are applying make up over it put a light dusting or powder on before your foundation as it may leave a little sheen.
- This is our recommended moisturiser for sensitive, allergy prone skins – use AM and PM.
- This balm is best combined with our Rosehip Face and Body Scrub. Exfoliate and polish the skin and then nourish, smooth and plump with the Rose Face and Body Balm.
- Suggested usage – 1g
FOR THE BODY
- Apply frequently all over the body – ideally at least once a day to give the skin you hide under your clothes the same chance and premium level facial grade ingredients.
- Excellent post shaving. Very effective and soothing on any dry skin patches.
- For the Body apply as frequently as possible all over.
- Suggested usage – Full body application requires 2-3g
Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable products that have a best before date or have been specifically created for you cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for return postage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
